My aim is for you to absolutely love your purchase. However, if there's an unusual situation where you're not completely satisfied, please reach out within 5 days from the dispatch date. Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted within 14 days from when you received the item. Kindly note that due to the nature of certain items, I can't process returns for custom or personalized orders, as well as intimate items like Earrings, and items that are on sale, unless they're damaged or defective. I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
For cancellations, please inform me within 24 hours. Returns should be initiated within 7 days. The responsibility for return postage costs lies with you, the Buyer. Also, if the item isn't returned in its original unworn condition, any decrease in value will be the buyer's responsibility.
